A couple of days ago we officially enabled orders to countries outside of Spain and Portugal. We have been sending to other EU countries before as well from time to time but it has been a very manual and tedious process.
Starting this week you can finally register and order directly from any other country in the EU. The final shipping cost is displayed directly in the shopping cart and there are no hidden fees. You can find more information about shipping costs and conditions here.
We do not send anything with the traditional postal service since we find them slow and unreliable. We also do not want that you have to go and stand in line at the post office to pickup your order. Instead we ship with the two of the best couriers in the world, FedEx and UPS. The delivery time is normally 2-4 days for all countries in the EU and the courier will deliver directly to your home or office during work hours.
Since we are getting close to Christmas we take the commitment of delivering all our orders with original Christmas presents on time very seriously. However for international deliveries take into account that Christmas is a very busy time for everyone. As always if you place your order before 15:00 we guarantee that it will be shipped the same day but if you order after the 16:th of december, count for up to 4 days for the order to arrive to be on the safe side.
