If you prefer the italian style with less dough, do not despair, you simply use the second pan with the lower borders and you are ready to start. Finally if you just want to grill some vegetables, fish, chicken or other kinds of food which might be to delicate for the standard grill grate, this set also includes a thin grate perfect perforated with small holes that lets the water escape while still protecting the food from the fire.
