The YolkFish has a special talent, he knows how to split the yellow from the white.
The egg is one of the ingredients most widely used in the kitchen and more than once you will need to separate the yolks from whites to develop rich and nutritious recipes.
Simply by squeezing the fish and gently bringing its lips to the top of the yolk, it quickly sucks it up as its mouth is released. Then this little fish carries the separated yolk in it's belly over to another bowl where it is released with a light push on the belly.
