On this page we answer the most frequently asked questions about our shipping options:

Do you have the product in stock?

Givensa has its own warehouse where all products are located. If the product is marked as available, it is ready to be shipped immediately. With Givensa there are no surprises with delays in delivery times, or with packages prepared by subcontracted companies outside of our control. We check and package your order ourselves to ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition.

To what destinations do you ship?

We ship to Spain and Europe (EU).

What are the delivery times?

If you place your order before 2pm, your order will leave our warehouse the same day (except, of course, weekends and public holidays). We cannot guarantee that orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the same day, but they will be prepared and shipped the next business day.

Orders within Spain are sent with a 24h-48h service and will usually be delivered the next business day. If you live in a remote location, or in the Balearic Islands, delivery may take an extra day. Unfortunately we cannot ship to the Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla.

For shipments within Spain and Portugal, the cost is €4.90 , and for the Balearic Islands €6.90. For orders over €75 , shipping costs are free.

Delivery time for international orders within Europe is between 3-6 days.

The cost of shipping to any of these countries is automatically calculated at the time of payment, once the destination country has been indicated.

Please carefully check the address and contact details when completing the order. If you provide an incorrect or false address, it may result in additional shipping or return charges and these costs will always be the customer's responsibility.

What about shipping to Mexico, Chile, outside the US, etc.?

At the moment we cannot ship to countries outside the EU!

What time will I receive my order?

The shipping company will deliver your order during office hours (9:00 -> 19:00). If you are only available during certain hours of the day, you can add a comment when placing your order. We cannot guarantee that the shipping company will be able to fulfil your request, but they always try to do their best. If you have the possibility to receive deliveries at your workplace, you can give us your work address as the delivery address.

If no one is home when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave a note, send an email or text message. There will always be at least 2 delivery attempts. If you are absent on both occasions, you may have to collect the shipment from a delivery point closer to your home. Any shipment that cannot be delivered is held at the courier's office for 2 weeks before being sent back to us. This return has a cost that will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Can I have the package sent to someone else, for example if it is a gift?

Of course. When completing your order, you can choose different billing and delivery addresses. You can also choose to add a personal message for the recipient, as well as order our professional gift wrapping service. We do not include receipts with gift-wrapped shipments (you can download the receipt in PDF format from your customer account at any time).
