On this page we answer the most frequent questions regarding our shipment options:
Do you have the product in stock?
At Givensa we have all products in our own warehouse, if the product is listed as available it is ready to be shipped immediately. There are no surprises with delayed delivery times or packages prepared by anonymous outsourced companies. We revise and pack your order ourselves to guarantee that you will receive the products in perfect condition.
To what destinations do you ship?
Spain and selected EU countries (see list below).
What are the delivery times?
If you complete your purchase before 14h your package will leave our warehouse the same day (bank holidays and weekends are naturally excluded). Orders placed after 15:00 are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day but we will prepare it and it will be send the following working day.
For orders with destination in Spain we ship using a 24h-48h service and you will normally receive your order the next working day. If you live in a very remote village or in the Balearic Islands, the delivery might take an extra day. Unfortunately we are not able to ship to Canary Islands nor Ceuta and Melilla.
For international deliveries within Europe the delivery time is 3-6 days.
How much does the shipping cost?
Shipments to Spain and Portugal
For mainland Spain and Portugal the shipping cost is always 4,90€, and for the balearic Islands 6,90€, for orders up to 75€, after that the shipping is free.
At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands!
Please revise your address information and contact details carefully when completing the order. If incorrect or false address information is stated it may lead to additional shipping or return costs from the courier company and these extra expenses will be the responsibility of the client.

Shipments to selected EU countries in northern Europe
The shipping cost for these countries is automatically calculated on checkout once you have entered the destination country. If your country is not available it means the shipping costs to your country are higher and has to be calculated manually. Please contact us for a personalized shipping quote.
How about shipments to Mexico, Chile, USA etc?
At the moment we do not ship to countries outside of the EU!
At what time can I expect my delivery?
The transport company will deliver your package during normal working hours (9:00 -> 19:00). If you are only available during certain hours you can add a comment about this when completing your order. We can not guarantee that the transport company will be able to honor the request but they always do their best. If you have the possibility to receive deliveries at work, you can also enter your workplace as delivery address.
If there is no one at home when the transport company tries to make the delivery they will leave a note or send an email or sms. They will always make at least 2 attempts to deliver. If you are absent on both occasions you might have to pick up the delivery in the local office of the transport company. Uncollected packages are normally stored for 2 weeks before they are sent back to us. This return shipment has a cost that will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Can I send the package to someone else, for instance if it's a gift?
Of course, when you complete the order you can choose separate payment and delivery addresses. You can also choose to add a personal greeting to the receiver as well as our professional gift wrapping. We do not include a paper invoice in deliveries which are gift wrapped (you can download the pdf invoice from your customer account at any time).
